Sofia University offers three groundbreaking programs in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies: a Certificate in Transpersonal Psychology, Transformation, and Consciousness; an online Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology with both transpersonal and consciousness research options. The programs are jointly led by professors Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Jeffery A. Martin.
Our programs are unique, because they allow you to earn credit through taking approved public classes, approved classes at other universities, and at Sofia University. The program has a wide range of well-known faculty remembers who teach public classes and programs, such as our program Co-Director Dr. Chopra. As an example, he offers a week-long course entitled Seduction of Spirit through the Chopra Center in California that allows students to earn 2.5 units of credit. You can also earn credit for classes you have already taken, you simply need to take an exam or write a paper to assess your learning, depending upon the program, and pay a small fee. Because Sofia is a regionally accredited university, you can apply the credit to our program or transfer it to other universities.
